Your role

A Nordic Senior Consultant - Advisory Services provides principal trainer services to clients on Epic-related projects by designing the role- and workflow-based curriculum and performing MST build and testing. We're looking for someone who can make it about "we" by collaborating with Advisory Services leaders when providing overall direction. You'll need to act like an owner and design curriculum for the roles and workflows in your designated area. If this sounds like you, here are a couple things you’ll need:

  • Minimum of three years of Epic training experience
  • Epic certification in relevant application
  • Experience in delivering classroom training across multiple applications in addition to primary area

Senior Consultant - Strategic Solutions

The Senior Consultant – Strategic Solutions provides principal trainer services to clients on Epic-related projects by designing the role- and workflow-based curriculum and performing MST build and testing.

Key Responsibilities

The Senior Consultant - Strategic Solutions will be responsible for, but not be limited to

  • Providing overall direction in collaboration with Strategic Solutions regarding area(s) of expertise
  • Providing cross-client experiences and industry best practices for assigned content areas, ensuring consistent quality across client engagements
  • Designing curriculum for the roles and workflows in principal trainer’s designated areas including classroom materials and ancillary materials
  • Performing MST build and testing
  • Consulting with end users to determine appropriate training techniques and documentation for end-user workflows
  • Training and credentialing credentialed trainers for their application
  • Overseeing day-to-day activities of credentialed trainers
  • Performing classroom training
  • Working on projects that may be assigned on an ad hoc basis and may assist in other initiatives as necessary, directed, assigned, or requested

Skills and Experience

  • A minimum of three years of Epic training experience
  • Epic certification in relevant application
  • Credentialing and/or experience in additional areas
  • Instructional design experience in applicable area
  • MST training environment build experience
  • Experience in delivering classroom training across multiple applications in addition to primary area
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Demonstrated experience in being highly organized
  • Superior ability to meet deadlines, adapt quickly to new work environments
  • Ability to work successfully with different teams
  • Aptitude for mentoring and guiding others
  • Strong work ethic and high degree of professionalism

Compensation and Additional Details

  • Assignments require on-site attendance, as work locations are usually not located in a city where a consultant lives; extended stays at hotels are expected
  • Travel up to 80% of the time, including travel outside of regular work hours
  • Mobility is necessary to successfully perform the functions of the job
