Your role

A Nordic Manager of Advisory Services - Digital Health has an excellent understanding of the system development life cycle. Your focus will be enabling sales opportunities, supporting solution development, and providing exceptional solution delivery to our clients.

This position requires you to think, act, and adapt with urgency as you listen to client problems and tailor our solutions to meet their unique needs. You’ll be responsible for ensuring successful delivery of our services through our consultant teams, building relationships across our client and consultant teams, monitoring project success, and mitigating risks.

Full Job Description

Manager - Advisory Services - Digital Health

The manager of Digital Health provides Nordic clients oversight for Digital Health service delivery and project execution. The manager of Digital Health provides operational support and guidance to the digital health business unit. In addition, the manager of Digital Health enables and collaborates with the sales team to position Nordic’s offerings to our customer base.

Key Responsibilities

The manager of Digital Health will have the following key responsibilities including, but not limited to:

Key Responsibilities

  • Managing client engagement scope and overall delivery of agreed-upon solutions
  • Maintaining an understanding of client needs and structures and reviewing client satisfaction metrics
  • Maintaining relationships within customer accounts, building Nordic’s presence and brand within the account, and identifying opportunities to expand service offerings
  • Ensuring service level coordination and other client commitments are met; providing point of contact for client escalations and reprioritization needs
  • Coordinating work with Nordic digital health solution teams and experts and mentoring Nordic digital health solution consultants
  • Assisting digital health to refine and maintain marketing information, sales strategy, and participating in sales support
  • Assisting with client acquisition and retention, maximizing team productivity and solution delivery
  • Continuously improving process and internal support documents; assisting in the improvement of workflows and processes and managing multiple projects simultaneously
  • Leading client sessions, articulating services and providing regular project updates
  • Coordinating and forecasting work and planning accordingly
  • Participating in continuous learning opportunities
  • Working to uphold and strengthen Nordic’s corporate culture
  • Working with the client team on sales enablement and sales processes
  • Working on business operations projects that may be assigned on an ad hoc basis and may assist other corporate initiatives as necessary

Skills and Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
  • 6 years of experience in healthcare industry is preferred
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Exceptional customer management and service skills
  • Demonstrated ability to lead a complicated project utilizing Agile principles is required
  • Excellent understanding of the system development life cycle
  • Certification in one or more Epic modules is required; Cogito, Clarity, and Caboodle strongly preferred
  • Experience with services delivery of analytics-based solutions is required
  • Demonstrated experience in healthcare data standards (CCDA, HL7, Claims, FHIR etc.)
  • Knowledge with visualization technologies, such as Qlik, Tableau, and PowerBI
  • Experience with database and/or cloud development using MS SQL, Oracle, MS Azure, AWS, GCP, or other technologies is preferred
  • Understanding in ETL technologies, such as SSIS, Azure Data Factory, or Amazon Redshift preferred
  • Demonstrated ability to seek out, analyze, and solve novel problems
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office applications
  • Ability to organize with exceptional attention to detail
  • Able to work independently and within a team environment
  • Must demonstrate and embody Nordic’s maxims 

Compensation and Additional Details

  • Will work in Nordic’s home office in Madison, WI
  • Travel up to 50% of the time
  • Occasional off-hours support as needed
  • Salary will be based on skills and experience
