Your role

A Nordic Community Connect project manager will lead Epic Community Connect projects for Nordic clients. You'll need to be able to effectively communicate with executives, peers, and project team members alike. Our PMs also need to excel at effectively guiding projects and teams to successful project completion. This is not a spot for rookies. We’re looking for an experienced health IT Epic project manager who understands how to make it about “we” in meeting the needs and goals of the people and the project. Here are a few things you’ll need:

  • Three or more years of experience as project manager for Community Connect implementations
  • Passion for guiding healthcare organizations through the challenges and opportunities of a rapidly-evolving environment
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities while meeting customer service commitments and project timelines
