Cerner HealtheIntent Consultant - Cerner Solutions

Who we are

Healthcare organizations are challenged to deliver higher quality care at a lower cost. Our award-winning team provides consulting services focused on strategy, technology, and operations, as well as managed services, that result in a stronger business with better patient outcomes. Ranked as a best place to work by nine publications, Nordic’s culture provides our home office and consultants a supportive environment in healthcare that allows you to make a difference, be happy, and grow your career.

Your role

A Nordic senior Cerner HealtheIntent consultant provides subject matter expertise during client engagements to deliver solutions that achieve results. We're looking for someone who can be a rock, guiding clients through current workflows, upgrades, system changes and enhancements, and ongoing system maintenance. You'll need to make it about "we" by communicating well with project leaders, managers, and team leaders, as well as other team members, end-users, and vendors to ensure a productive and cooperative environment. If this sounds like you, here are a couple things you’ll need:

  • 3 or more years of hands-on Cerner IT experience
  • Must be hands-on with HealtheIntent and HealthAnalytics
  • Experience with getting data in and out of HI and understanding how data is used for regulatory purposes
  • Must be able to identify what capabilities HealtheIntent has today that the client has to keep (and not migrate over to third party data warehouse); i.e., MIPS & MACRA must report out of HealtheIntent, but HEDIS does not have to come out of HealtheIntent
  • Strong communication skills and work ethic

If you know someone else who would be a great fit for this position, let us know.
