Your role

The Analyst, Interoperability supports the implementation, testing, and ongoing use of software applications developed by the Interoperability team for Nordic and Nordic’s clients. This position works under the direction of product management and Nordic’s Director of Digital Health to address documented client needs while actively seeking opportunities to increase the quality of Nordic’s products, documentation, and business processes.

Full Job Description

Analyst, Interoperability - Advisory Services

The Analyst, Interoperability supports the implementation, testing, and ongoing use of software applications developed by the Interoperability team for Nordic and Nordic’s clients. This position works under the direction of product management and Nordic’s Director of Digital Health to address documented client needs while actively seeking opportunities to increase the quality of Nordic’s products, documentation, and business processes.

Key Responsibilities

The Analyst, Interoperability will have the following key responsibilities, which include but are not limited to:

Key Responsibilities

  • Providing support enabling the execution and QA of Interoperability software development projects
  • Troubleshooting and problem-solving of Interoperability software deployments and supporting tools
  • Independently fulfilling implementation and maintenance requests from clients
  • Collaborates with senior staff to assist in the development of detailed requirement specifications and estimated work effort
  • Displays creativity and critical thinking in solving problems and ability to quickly comprehend new processes 
  • Shows technical capabilities such as use of the Windows command line/terminal, comprehension of technical software deployment processes, and completion of software integration tests
  • Managing assigned tasks related to software support, implementation, and deployment issues, maintaining a high standard of service for all customer requests
  • Providing updates for and participates as needed in weekly status calls with customers, including updates on requests processed and issues solved
  • Collaborating with internal team members to continually enhance processes and workflows to improve business operations, client experience, and operational efficiency
  • Independently works to continually improve processes and workflows

Skills and Experience - Required

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience, required
  • Minimum 1 year industry experience with code QA or software testing processes
  • Minimum 1 year experience working as part of the Software Development Life Cycle
  • Demonstrated ability to seek out, analyze, and solve novel problems
  • Excellent communication skills, written and verbal
  • Strong customer service skills
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office applications
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to organize
  • Ability to work independently and within a team environment
  • Must demonstrate and embody Nordic’s maxims

  • This is a remote position
  • Travel up to 10% of the time
