Inc. Magazine again honors Nordic as one of nation’s Best Workplaces

MADISON, Wis. – Inc. Magazine has once again recognized Nordic as one of the best places to work in the nation with its inclusion on the 2018 Best Workplaces list. This marks the second year in a row that Nordic has been included on the list. Companies from all industries were eligible for the nationwide list, and of the over 1,800 companies that applied, fewer than 300 were honored.

Managed Services Happy Hour

Nordic is one of only 11 firms with over 500 employees to be included on the list, which measures workplace culture through employee surveys on topics such as trust in senior leadership, career development, communication, and benefits and perks.

“During a year in which we’ve invested heavily in new service offerings to meet our clients’ evolving needs and seen steady growth in our established business lines, credit goes to every member of the Nordic team for continuing to make this a great place to work,” Executive VP of Consulting Services Katherine Sager said.

Earlier this year, Nordic was also named to Becker’s Healthcare’s 150 Top Places to Work in Healthcare for the third year in a row, and Modern Healthcare has recognized Nordic as one of the Best Places to Work in Healthcare in each of the past four years. Locally, Madison Magazine has honored Nordic as a Best Place to Work every year since 2016, ranking No. 2 in the large size workplace category on the most recent list.
