Black Book recognizes Nordic for highest client satisfaction in Epic IT Advisory Services

MADISON, Wis. – Black Book, an independent market research and public opinion research company, has ranked Nordic No. 1 in client satisfaction for Epic IT Advisory Services for 2017, Black Book announced at HIMSS18. The rankings are based on Black Book’s surveys of healthcare executives and personnel to offer qualitative insight into the industry’s top vendors through 18 key performance indicators.

Black-Book-LogoNordic is the world’s largest independently-owned healthcare IT consulting firm with deep roots in Epic consulting. Over the past few years, Nordic has expanded from a KLAS leader in Epic staffing and implementation support to now providing customized end-to-end healthcare IT solutions.

The solutions Nordic offers its client partners are no longer confined to the Epic space. With the recent acquisition of The Claro Group’s Revenue Cycle Transformation practice, Nordic offers top to bottom revenue cycle solutions, including technology-agnostic management consulting. Nordic also has plans to expand into the ERP space later this year.

Coupled with last month’s KLAS report recognizing Nordic as the top firm for true partnership, this latest Black Book ranking further cements Nordic as a trusted partner for health IT expertise.

In addition to this latest recognition from Black Blook, the most recent KLAS reports named Nordic a top performer in both Epic IT Advisory Services and Healthcare IT Advisory Services. Nordic is also recognized as a top performer in both Clinical Optimization and Revenue Cycle Optimization in the 2017 and 2018 Best in KLAS reports.

“We’re honored to receive this latest recognition,” CEO Bruce Cerullo said. “While organizations are continually asked to do more with less and deal with competing priorities, we’re grateful for the opportunity to partner and provide strategic support.”
